the location & hotel is just perfect. the rooms were very clean. on the staff side the hotel needs improvement, if you want anything at night most of the time no one answers the phone i.e. the operator, in our room you could call only the operator by dialling “0” could not call room service, concierge etc directly. So when operator didn’t pick up the phone had to go to the hotel reception in the middle of the night. So their night service needs fixing. Also, there is no reminder that buffet breakfast will be cleared in day half an hour etc. small service we have experienced in other hotels. we arrived at the hotel on Saturday night, next morning we has buffet breakfast which was included in our room rent. however, when we went to have breakfast on Monday at the same time, we were told breakfast is over & when we had breakfast at same time yesterday, staff just said that time is extended time and only in the weekends. We were shocked to hear this, as we were informed about this. they cleared the whole breakfast area while we were standing there, when we asked give us something to eat like simple bread butter & juice, they refused. even asked at the reception if we can get anything to eat, they simply refused. they were more busy in preparing for the afternoon I guess. It was appalling. Rest of the time we stayed clear of the staff & had pleasant stay.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the warm hospitality and the generous upgrade to the Royal Suite, which added a special touch to my visit. The suite was elegant, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The hotel’s central location, high-quality service, and outstanding facilities made every stay smooth and enjoyable. From the friendly staff to the great dining options and relaxing atmosphere, Pullman KLCC continues to exceed my expectations. Thank you once again for making my time in Kuala Lumpur so comfortable. I look forward to returning soon.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Pureveen was good and gave options to choose from as we reached the hotel earlier than expected. Room we got was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King and it was damn spacious. Bed was so comfy that you can't even get out. Location is near Pavilion and it has the link bridge beside the hotel and the best part is the food truck opposite. Should try the keropok lekor there. Overall is good. Will definitely come back again..

The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We went with our 1 year old who loved the views of the street from the 14th floor. The pool was good but the temperature of the water could have been a little warmer. We opted for breakfast on our last morning and the spread was quite fantastic - highly recommended! Location was excellent, with the Pavilion mall right across and Suria KLCC just 10 mins walk away through the skywalk.
